7 Days of Christmas Terms

Standard LightFM Competition Terms and Conditions apply to LightFM’s 7 Days of Christmas. In addition are the following amendments and additions.

1.    LightFM will solicit for phone call entries by playing a snippet of Relient K singing a portion of 12 Days of Christmas.

a)    Entry to 7 Days of Christmas is acknowledged when the cue has played, the phone call received, and the phone call is aired as a part of our competition on air.
b)    If the phone call is not aired the entry is not valid.
c)    Only one entry per immediate household (if the announcer is unaware that your household has already won prior to the call being aired and announced the entry as a winner the entry will still be invalid in hindsight)
d)    When the entry is acknowledged the caller will automatically win a $30 white chocolate hamper from Heritage Fine Chocolates.
e)    A voucher will be posted to the winner and the winner is responsible to redeem that voucher at their discretion.

2.    The Major prize is up to 7 nights at Toorongo River Sanctuary

a)    After a call has been taken the caller will be asked to pick a number between 1 and 100 with one of those number carrying a prize with Toorongo River Sanctuary.
b)    If the holiday is won a voucher will be posted to the winner.
c)    Reservations and bookings are the responsibility of the winner to organise and follow through.
d)    Each voucher will have a used by date and that is true and vital to be respected by the winner.
e)    Not every Toorongo River Sanctuary prize will be 7 nights. Some will be from 2 nights up to a maximum total of 7.

3.    LightFM’s 7 Days of Christmas will run from the 18th of Dec until the 23rd of Dec 2009 (or until the prizes run out)
