Coming up with ideas can sound like an easy and exciting thing for some and yet for others it can be terribly difficult and daunting. However what we can fail to acknowledge is that we all use creativity and ideas every day as we solve the day to day issues at work and at home.

Mistaking Easy for Unimportant is something that all of us can be accused of at some point in our lives. Someone might compliment you for the great job you did and you dismiss it because to you it meant nothing. It meant nothing to you because it was easy. Why was it easy though?

If someone who is an expert in the field tells you to give up because you don't have what it takes to make it do you listen? Perhaps you are deluded and think you are better than you actually are. Perhaps the expert simply doesn't see the potential in you. How do you know and how do you respond?

Critical people can tend to bring us down from time to time, in fact for down it's more often than time to time. For others of us, we are the critical person. If you are reading this I am going to assume that you don't intend to be critical, you don't want to be critical, and you certainly don't want to be brought down by critical people.
