Light FM is committed to ensuring the privacy of your personal information.

1. Light FM securely retains your personal information when provided by you for internal purposes only.
2. Under no circumstances will Light FM pass your personal information onto outside organisations except for the purpose in which they are intended (e.g. if you make a donation, we will need to send your credit card details via secure deposit to our bank).

4. To notify you of opportunities and services related to Light FM we may ask for your personal details like name, address, email address, age, phone number and gender.
5. If your information is provided as part of an entry in a contest we will need the contact information to notify winners and distribute prizes and to send you further communication regarding Light FM, such as future newsletters.
6. If your information is provided with feedback we will use the personal information to ascertain if this feedback is common to other listeners of similar gender and age groups and see how successfully we are providing services to our target audience.
7. If your information is provided with a donation we will use your credit card information for that donation only, and the contact information to send you a receipt. We will retain your contact details to send you further communication regarding Light FM such as newsletters in the future.

9. If you require access to any of your personal information held by Light FM, please contact our Privacy Officer, PO Box 899, Mont Albert VIC 3127.10. We will not use or disclose your personal information without your consent unless there is a duty to the public to disclose that information, we are required to by law, or where the interests of Light FM require disclosure.
11. If you click on a link to another website from the Light FM website, you will need to refer to that other party's privacy conditions as the Light FM privacy policy will no longer apply.
