Some surprising signs that suggest that you'll live a long life!!!!! 1. You eat raspberries - these lower yur cholesterol, help improve your insulin sensitivity and assist weight loss. 2. You run or walk 40 minutes per day - resulting in lower disease risk. 3. You have a resting pulse rate of 60bpm or less. A slower pulse means your heart doesn't have to work so hard and therefore should last longer. 4. You feel at least 10 years younger than you are. A positive attitude lowers stress, boosts your immune system and lowers disease risk. 5. You don't snore. Snoring can be s sign of sleep apnea where the throat tissue collapses and blocks the airways. 6.
