Lil Aussie Prems (lilaussieprems.com.au) |
Luke and Lucy chat to AFL legend turned TV star Shane Crawford, one of the hosts on the new Channel 9 Show, Money For Jam.
Shane brings in a very special guest, Julia Toivonen, creator of the website lilaussieprems.com.au, an online website for parents of prem babies which has become a net sensation with over 1.3 million hits a month...
Julia has created the website lilaussieprems.com.au - which has been getting over 1.3 million hits a month and has a forum with over 150,000 posts. The website has become a wonderful help to parents who need support after having a premmie baby. The problem is that the website has become TOO successful, and maintaining it and paying for it is getting hard for the kind hearted Julia! That's where Channel 9's Money For Jam and LightFM come in!
We chat to Julia and Shane and put the call out to Melbourne, Julia needs a sponsor to get on board and help the not-for-profit website continue running!
The general manager of Pumpkin Patch, Craig Halfpenny, calls in and offers to help lilaussieprems.com.au out, bringing Julia to tears live on air!
