Penny Mulvey - Chairperson of the Association
Penny is the Victorian/Tasmanian Communications Director for the Uniting Church. She previously ran her own media and corporate reputation consultancy firm and has experience as a journalist in both radio and television. Penny’s involvement with LightFM dates back to test broadcasts in the 1990’s.

Seak-King Huang - Vice Chairperson of the Association
Seak-King is legal counsel at World Vision and prior to that worked as a Finance Lawyer at the ANZ Bank and various law firms (Freehills and Clayton Utz) both here and overseas. Sea-King has a special interest in private and corporate philanthropy and is now doing a course in Philanthropy & Social Investment.

Paul Andrews – Secretary of the Association
Paul is principal of Adstract Art, a Melbourne visual design firm; member of the Australian Graphic Design Association; former chair Churches of Christ National Media and Communications; joint writer of a number of award winning Christian Children’s books and has generously developed LightFM's corporate identity and communications.

Boyne Alley – Treasurer of the Association
Boyne directed the financial operations of World Vision both in Australia and overseas, and also had senior executive roles in retail and banking. He is a FCPA, Fellow of the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Australia; Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and an alumni of Harvard Business School of Management.

Gary Blake
Gary has a background in Information Technology and has run his own IT consultancy as well as roles with some major computer technology firms. He has been a generous supporter of Christian radio in Melbourne for many years.

Joanne Lord
Joanne works in the construction industry as a senior project controller for major projects in Australia and overseas, having previously worked in energy and mining. She has been involved in youth work including as a crisis care fosterer for teenagers. Joanne is passionate about giving and loves to see lives transformed in positive ways.

Matthew Fletcher
Matthew is Manager of GrantReady, a government grants consulting service in Melbourne. Prior to this Matthew held a senior advisory role to a Federal parliamentarian and previously worked in various other corporate, community and government roles. Matthew has experience in Christian radio and a long involvement in church communications.
