The amzing G I Jane O'brien, station physiologist, joined us in the four O'clock hour to give us the heads up about some of our eating habits. Well just in case you didn't know we should be chewing our food more than we do. This will help us digest in better, keep us full longer and take pressure off some of our precious organs and keep us living longer! Seriously, where would we be with Jane O'brien! We love Jane and all her good advice.
Jane hung around to help us out in Pick Da Flick as she played the role of Meg Ryan's character Kathleen in the romantic comedy ' You Got Mail'! Watch out Meg! Janey is a star.
And last but not least we had a chat to Ian Dicko Dickson - Australian Idol jude extraordinaire. Surprise Surprise! Leroy sprung a bit of Cassie's Soul Breathing (where he got that from we do not know!) onto Dick and asked for his opinion. He was very honest and certainly hopes (as do we all) that he is never subjected to that again....
