This morning we heard from Bruce Moore - the Director of the Australian National Dictionary Centre at the ANU. He shared with us how a word makes it into the dictionary, how often our Australian Dictionary gets updated and even told us of a made up word which once made it into the dictionary!!! Having run out of time on-air, Bruce and myself also recorded how the word 'Twitter' made it into the dictionary (very interesting story)... and that can EXCLUSIVELY be heard for free (along with the rest of the on-air interview) by following this link .... Cheers, Clayton
