Today on Your Morning I had my first chat with Mark Modra (tomorrow I’ll be continuing to interview him). Mark is the father of Hannah who took her own life after suffering from depression during High School. Hannah’s story was recently featured on 'Australian Story' story on ABC. We got to hear some of Mark’s grief, his pride in Hannah and some hope for others who might be struggling with depression (and I am sure we will hear more of this tomorrow too). Click HERE to hear my chat with Mark from today’s One-on-One. And follow this link to go to the website set up to honour Hannah.
“Yesterday’s Diary” had Gailene telling us that her and the Grandkids won heaps of awards at the Sunbury show. In fact one Grandchild picked up 56 ribbons!!!
I also had my first chat with Rob Buckingham with our weekly "Faith & Life" segment. We discussed the question "Does God change his mind in response to our prayers? What is the point of praying?" Keep checking the website over the next couple of days as we put the audio of that chat online - click here to find out.
