Well it's week five and I'm on the home stretch.
To be honest with you I don't want it to end. I have really enjoyed this journey and my learning curve has been almost vertical.
My training is going well! Loretta increased my weights this week. It's so exciting to be lifting more than one plate on the weight stack! As for my eating, my appetite has gone through the roof! I surprised myself and Loretta when I was able to eat two steak & salad sandwiches in one hit. Take a look at the photos below..... yes they are 20kg plates on each end of the bar - your eyes are not deceiving you!
The question is am I really lifting that weight? I'll let you be the judge.
