The Absolute Legend googlebot gauntlet has been laid down and it's up to Luke Holt to pick it up. People have been laughing at this Absolute Legend because apparently one day he led a 'boring' team meeting and hasn't heard the end of it since.
4 weeks ago Luke was talking to the LightFM team about the LightFM website and the need to improve it's effectiveness in appearing in search results and so started teaching people about Google bots and Meta data. Apparently the team found this anything but enthralling and since this meeting various people (i.e. Lucy Holmes) have given him a very hard time.
So four weeks later Lucy was contacted by a random stranger and given a Chuck doll that she was so obsessed about and it was all because her story ranked very high in a google search for the Chupa Chups competition. Lucy implemented the Google bot-Meta data information that she learnt from the boring meeting and scored a rare and priceless Chuck doll.
