7 year old David had some surgery at the dentist, and was taking a little while to recover from the gas, so whilst sitting in the car, David's father filmed a conversation with his son. The Video has become a huge internet phenomenon, with over 22 million people watching the original clip! The video has also spawned remix songs, tshirts and fanclubs!
