Ken and Lucy

The brand new brekky radio duo in Melbourne starts this Monday 30th January 2012! Safe, clean and fun for the WHOLE family! Weekdays from 6-9am on LightFM. You can also like us on Facebook and follow us on Twitter!

K-Fed, on Excess Baggage

Kevin Federline, known better in the media as 'K-Fed', chats to Ken and Lucy on his journey through reality show Excess Baggage, plus his experiences working with big names such as Michael Jackson and Justin Timberlake!

By which name does Kevin prefer to be known?  What happens when Michael Jackson gets hold of a golf cart?!

Listen in to find out!

Limousine Rap-Off!

The stage is set for Melbourne's ultimate rap competition...of this morning, anyway. Parents Mark and Natalie, most likely unaware of what they were getting themselves into, go head to head to win a limousine ride for their kids on the first day of school.

Their task? Present to us the lyrics of Mary Had a Little Lamb. In rap.

Child discretion is advised for extreme content, including parents attempting to be funky on live radio.

Watermelon Head

How good can a $5 helmet be? On the facebook page, suggestions poured in. Lucy's mum said an egg, but the number one suggestion was a watermelon, which Linda happened to be holding.

After being wacked with a cricket bat in the studio, Ken reluctantly went outside with Linda and the watermelon. Hear Ken's reaction, which to Lucy sounds awesome!

Afterwards, Ken gives a piece of advice to young kids...

Glowing rose

Set a heart aglow this Valentine’s Day!

We all know flowers are great and beautiful by themselves. But as we read in the newspaper, Adelaide professor Mark Tester has discovered a totally safe way to make flowers glow in the dark!!

Ken and Lucy got a hold of Professor Mark Tester. Ken asks whether the professor was inspired by the Avatar movie and whether the glowing spray would work on dogs. (Maybe Ken once lost a dog?)
