Craig Harper talks to us about doing the hard yards in life. So many times in life, we want the easy option with minimal energy put into it, but unless we are willing to do something, to sacrifice something, we'll never get there. Maybe you want to loose weight? Maybe you want to achieve a goal? Hoping that its going to happen is not enough, you need to put in the hard yards to do it!
