Tired days come upon us all at least from time to time even if not every day. According to Craig Harper these tired days can be minimised and managed by diet, exercise, and positive life choices. However even then there are still days that just get on top of us. How do we get through and do what we need to when we are just exhausted?
No matter what job we do, motivational speak, personal trainer, radio host, mother and wife, truck driver etc we all have to try and 'survive' more than 'thrive' on a particular day. Instead of turning to an energy drink how do we get the energy we need?
