As winter delivers colder nights, many Melbournians try to find some warmth as they prepare for near freezing temperatures. LightFM & St Vincent de Paul Society want to make a difference this winter with "Blankets for Winter."
We need you to give much needed blankets to those who are facing a long cold winter without warmth so join us in gathering as many blankets as we can up until Friday the 31st of July.
It's a chance for you to get creative! You can make a quilt to donate, dig up old blankets that are going unused or simply purchase a doona at your local shops.
You can donate the blankets at your local Vinnies centre right across Melbourne.
