Did you know Melbourne’s just been named most liveable city in the world again? But we knew that already right? The only question now should be: is there anyway we could make life more livable for you?!??
Welcome to LightFM Street. There are 89.9 houses on the street (one is not quite finished!) and each house has a prize inside. To participate listeners could just stay listening to match the same prize inside different houses to win.
Up for grabs were: flights to London, a $10,000 dollar kitchen renovation, bedroom suites, lounge suites, flat-screens and more!
The most positive station in the most liveable city offered listeners a chance to WIN!
Here's how it worked
1. Listen out for the presenter's cue to call. It comes across the day, many times a day - with Luke & Lucy, Clayton Bjelan, Dan Veling, Cass & Kel, and Jesse Morrissey.
2. When you get through, choose a house (remember, there are 89.9 houses on the street - one is not quite finished!)
3. You'll find out what prize is behind the door of your first house. Choose a second house.
4. You'll find out what prize is behind the door of your second house. If it matches, you win that prize! If it didn't match, make sure you make a note... because using your built-up knowledge, you may just know exactly which house has which prize!
The more you listened... the greater your chances of winning! People were able to grab the official LightFM Street Map to record the prizes they knew, and visit the LightFM roadshows for free clues.
