Where The Party's At is LightFM's party when The Fray are in town! Grab a double pass to The Fray at Festival Hall on Thursday 1st April ... and it couldn't be simpler to win!
LightFM has the only tickets to this concert to giveaway and to win simply SMS the codeword "party", your name, and suburb to 0428 899 899. That enters you into the comp. Then listen to Luke and Lucy in the morning from 6-9am and Cass and Kel from 4-6pm and if your phone rings...answer the phone saying, "Light FM's Where The Party's At". If you answer the phone like that when either of the teams calls then you WIN!

LIGHT FM Competition/Promotion Terms & Conditions The following stipulates Basic Competition Rules for any competitions, both on or off air, featured on Light FM. Each competition may have its own special restrictions/qualifications, in which case an addendum to these rules will be featured. Additions or deletions to these rules are subject to the discretion of LightFM, and may be enacted at any time.

All LightFM competitions are open to any/all LightFMlisteners, however employees of LightFM, its third (3rd) partypartners/sponsors connected to the competition or promotion, its connectedadvertising agencies, their affiliates, representatives and their directrelative and household members are ineligible to enter or win any associatedcompetition(s) conducted on LightFM.
2. Onlyone (1) qualifier or winner per family per competition unless otherwisestipulated. 3. Eachcompetition winner is not permitted to participate in any other LightFMcompetitions for a period of Thirty (30) days thereafter.4. Allprizes, unless otherwise specified, are to be collected from LightFM studios& offices at 673 Whitehorse Road, Mont Albert, MelbourneVictoria 3127. Properidentification will be required (valid drivers license, passport, student cardetc.)5. WhereLightFM elects to post a prize to a winner, no responsibility will be acceptedby LightFM for the safe and effective postal delivery of the prize. 6. Winnersunder the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Bothindividuals must sign an affidavit/release prior to the receipt of the prize.7. In veryunique situations, designated representatives will be allowed to accept prizes.Written authorization from the winner is required. Letter must includerepresentative's name, photocopy of winner's photo ID or driver’s license.LightFM will qualify what constitutes a 'unique situation.'8. Allunclaimed prizes after thirty days (30) days of being won will be forfeited,and a redraw may take place, all at LightFM’s discretion.9. LightFMmay, due to unavailability of prizes, substitute another prize of equal/similarvalue.10.LightFM is not responsible for defective prizes.11.LightFM, its agencies, affiliates, sponsors or representatives absolvethemselves of any liability, financial or otherwise, resultant of any 'on' or'off' air competition staged by the station.12. Allcompetition entries and associated material become the property of LightFM.Furthermore, LightFM may withhold any competition material crucial to thecompletion of a competition.13. Allcontestants acknowledge, as a condition of entry, that LightFM has the right topublicise and/or broadcast his/her name, character, likeness voice, or allmatters incidental herein.14.Winners understand and agree that they are responsible for any/all taxesincurred on prizes received.15. In theevent a winner chooses not to accept a prize, they forfeit any and all claimsto the prize which can then be awarded to a competition runner up at the timeat the discretion of LightFM.16. All prizes are not transferable, and are voidwhere prohibited by law. 17. All prizes are accepted entirely at the risk ofthe winner, and LightFM excludes all warranties in connection with the prize tothe extent permitted by law. 18. All contestants release from, and indemnifyLightFM Inc (ABN 96 042 635 740) against, all liability, cost, loss or expensearising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in any contestincluding (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property andwhether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act oromission or otherwise.19. Winners understand and agree that they areresponsible for any/all taxes incurred on prizes received. 20.LightFM cannot be held liable for malfunctions or drop-outs in its, or theentrants, telephone system.21. In thecase of a dispute over telephone lines, the decision of LightFM is final. Inthe event that two telephone lines are tied together during a phone-incompetition, the entire phone call will be disqualified and another phone callwill be taken. LightFM cannot award duplicate prizes to both parties in a 'tiedtogether' situation. An example of a tied together call may be two telephonecalls originating from the same location or residence, or a party line.22. LightFMmay terminate any contest at any time at its absolute discretion. In the eventof such termination, LightFM may at its absolute discretion elect not to awardany prize in respect of the terminated contest.23. Thedecision of LightFM relating to any matter is final.24.LightFM will publish the names of the winners of any prize with a retail valuein excess of $500 on www.lightfm.com.au within 48 hours of thewinner being selected. This will remain on the website for at least 7 fulldays.25. ThePrize includes: * A double pass to The Fray,festival Hall on Thursday 1st April. 26. The concertis 18+ years only.27. Prizeis valid on Thursday 1stApril 2010, only.28. How towin: *Listeners must send an SMS with their name, suburb and the number they want tobe contacted on. * Thiscompetition begins on Monday14th March 2010 till Friday 26th March 2010. TheCompetition will run between Monday and Friday (not weekends).* Ifcalled by the Luke & Lucy or Kel & Cassie during the week, potentialwinners must answer within five (5) rings and answer with “LightFM is where theparties at”.* If thereis not answer within five (5) rings, and/or the correct words are not said uponanswering the phone, a winner will not be announced, and a new listener will becalled.29. LightFMtakes no responsibility for incorrect information sent via SMS.
