George Morgan – Chairperson of the Association
George is managing partner of McCracken & McCracken lawyers. George has had involvement with Light FM from its inception and was a pioneer in Melbourne Christian radio, being involved in test broadcasts as far back as 1978. George was instrumental in the Christian community securing a permanent license in December 2001.
Philip Hunt - Vice Chairperson of the Association
Philip was Chief Executive Officer of World Vision in Australia for several years and brings a wealth of experience in the not-for-profit sector, radio broadcasting and Christian ministry. Philip is currently CEO of the Deakin University Student Association and is Chairman of Light FM\'s Programming Committee.
Paul Andrews – Secretary of the Association
Paul is principal of Adstract Art, a leading Melbourne visual design firm. Paul and his team generously developed Light FM\'s corporate identity and continue to assist in the design and production of ongoing promotional material including Light FM\'s newsletter, Light Reading.
Boyne Alley – Treasurer of the Association
Working for some years with World Vision, in senior Australian and international roles, Boyne also has senior executive-level retail and banking experience. He is a FCPA, a Fellow of the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Australia, an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, and an alumni of the Harvard Business School of Management. Boyne is Treasurer for Light FM Inc. and is a member of the Finance and Remuneration Committee.
Gary Blake
Gary has been a generous supporter of Christian radio in Melbourne for over 17 years and works in a senior technical capacity. Gary is a technical advisor to Light FM\'s Board.
Julienne Irvine
Julienne’s successful marketing, promotional, production and programming skills in the radio industry over many years are well known. Julienne was instrumental in securing the numerous sponsors needed to enable Light FM to successfully go to air in December 2002. Julienne runs her own media business and continues her sponsorship/sales involvement with Light FM.
Bob Simpson
Bob, a CPA, combines a strong business background with more recent experiences in ministry development and consulting roles. Bob is a prolific networker and ensures that Light FM is well represented in major ministry initiatives in Victoria. Bob is National Director of Trans World Radio, Australia.
Penny White
Penny is co-director of Positive Media, a boutique consultancy firm specialising in media and corporate reputation. An experienced broadcaster, Penny’s involvement with Light FM and previously Triple Seven Communications both on air and in other capacities spans some 16 years.
