4:20pm – Franny’s Riff (Fridays)

Telling stories and jokes is one thing but writing his own songs is another… Every Friday Franny brings his guitar in the studio and belts out a song we all know and love with a difference, he changes the lyrics. The first person to guess the song wins the weekly prize.

4:20pm – Health & Fitness (Thursdays)

We have a couple of Health experts here at Light FM in Jane O’brian (Physiologist) and Tanna Bailey (Personal Trainer) every Thursday the ladies stop by the studio to improve the fitness resident fast food junkie Leroy Brown.
