1. SMS Words To Live By
- Costs are GST inclusive.
- The cost must be paid via Visa, Mastercard or AMEX.
- By subscribing to SMS Words To Live By you will continue monthly OR 6 monthly OR annually unless you notify LightFM of any change
- All payments will be processed on the same date according to your subscription type
eg. If your monthly subscription was first processed on the 10th of May, you’ll see the next payment process on the 10th of June. If you subscribed on 10th May for a 6 month subscription your next date of payment billing would be 10th November. For annual subscription first made on 10th May 2011, the following date in 2012 would be when the next payment is made.
2. If you wish to cancel your subscription to SMS Words To Live By simply call LightFM on 9955 8899.
- A subscription can be cancelled at anytime.
- Once a subscription is cancelled you will not be able to receive a refund for any unused days/weeks/months.
- Each subscription payment must be made in advance to continue receiving the SMS.
- Your subscription will continue until the day before. Absolutely no refund is available unless LightFM has made a processing error.
3. All new subscriptions will be processed within 3 working days. The subscription will commence at the earliest on the Friday of the week the new subscription has been received.
eg. If your subscription is processed on a Friday the earliest you are likely to receive the SMS Words To Live By is the following Friday OR if your subscription is processed on a Wednesday the earliest you are likely to receive the SMS Words To Live By is the Friday of that same week.
4. All SMS will be sent with a Words To Live By verse 7 days a week.
5. Subscribers must be 18 years or older. Subscribers under 18 must have received permission from an adult.
