Read Philippians2:5-9
[Jesus], although He existed in the formof God, did not regard equality with God a thing to be grasped, but emptiedHimself, taking the form of a bond-servant, and being made in the likeness ofmen. Being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself by becomingobedient to the point of death, even death on a cross. (vv. 6-8)
God is involved inour world!
Sometimes we can getfrustrated about what is happening in our lives and we can be tempted to thinkthat God is just watching what happens in the world, that He is not reallyinvolved in our lives. But the birth of Jesus proves that God does care aboutthis world. He cares about you and your life.
God’s plan is oftendifferent from your desires, but even when that is the case, God cares deeplyabout you. He wants to walk with you through life, encouraging you andstrengthening you as you face hard times, and bringing you joy through His manyblessings in your life.
God wants you to knowthat He pays attention to you when you pray, when you pursue Him, and even whenyou ignore Him! God is constantly working in your life to draw you closer toHim, to teach you to depend on Him more, and to cause you to grow spiritually.
