Zoe Wilson from Healthy Food Guide, spoke with Luke and Lucy about how simple foods can reduce the aging process.


With so many products including creams and lotions on the market, Zoe informs us about these foods. Prunes have the highest amount of antioxidants in a fruit, with other fruits, blueberries, blackberries and raisins also helping to fight against ‘Free Radicals’ or as Luke discovers ‘Oxidants’.


One of Lucy’s favourites, Salmon, lowers the risk of heart disease, while tomatoes are good at reducing the risk of Prostrate Cancer.
